q.wave × Passion Fruit Exchange
A farm partnership program currently available in Florida, USA
Technology alone doesn't grow a crop.
It takes the right conditions, real support, and a clear path to market.
So WITHUS INC. and Passion Fruit Exchange Inc. built something bigger: the Farm Partnership Program — water technology, farm support, and distribution, working as one.
Better water is where we start.
A healthier farm is where we want to go.
The Farm Partnership Program is currently available to participating farms in the United States.
q.wave and Passion Fruit Exchange bring different expertise to the same goal: helping farms grow successfully and connect their harvest to market.
From Crop Planning to Market
Farm Support & Distribution · Orlando, Florida
Passion Fruit Exchange does more than purchase produce after harvest. The team works with farmers from the planning stage — helping evaluate crop varieties, coordinate resources, plan production, and prepare a path to market.
When harvest time comes, Passion Fruit Exchange helps move fresh produce through its distribution network, connecting farms with customers and market opportunities.
Better Water for Better Growing
q.wave starts with the farm's water. We review the water source, flow, irrigation system, piping, crop, and site conditions, then configure a q.wave Water Conditioning System around the needs of that farm.
The goal is simple: help the farm use water more efficiently and support a healthier, more consistent growing environment.
Plan → Water → Grow → Harvest → Market
We work with the grower to understand the crop, growing environment, production needs, and market opportunity.
WITHUS INC. reviews the farm's water source, flow, irrigation system, and site conditions to determine the appropriate q.wave system and configuration. Farms without reliable grid power are supported with a solar off-grid setup.
q.wave is integrated into the irrigation system to support more efficient water use and healthier, more consistent growing conditions.
When the crop is ready, Passion Fruit Exchange helps move the harvest through its Orlando distribution operation and established network, connecting fresh produce with customers and market opportunities.
The program is designed to reduce the farm's upfront burden for q.wave infrastructure.
Under the individual farm agreement, infrastructure costs can be connected to the harvest and sales process, allowing the farm to adopt the technology with less upfront investment.
Participation and cost-recovery terms are determined separately for each farm.
We know many farms aren't connected to the grid. q.wave can run on a fully off-grid solar setup, or be installed right alongside an existing diesel irrigation pump. Don't let power hold you back from getting started.
We don't just deliver technology and walk away.
We stay in it — from water to market.
For many small and mid-sized farms, adopting new technology requires a significant upfront investment. The Farm Partnership Program takes a different approach.
Instead of treating water technology, growing, harvesting, and distribution as separate steps, we connect them into one practical value chain.
Lower the barrier.
Raise the harvest.
Technology, farming, and distribution work better when they work together. The Farm Partnership Program connects each part of the process so that value created on the farm has a clear path to the market — and an opportunity to return to the farmer.
CIRCULAR VALUE CHAIN
When You Grow,
We All Grow.
When farmers succeed, the whole chain gets healthier.
Better water means better growing conditions.
Better growing means a better harvest.
And when that harvest reaches the right market, the value flows back to the farm.
That's the Farm Partnership Program
q.wave and Passion Fruit Exchange are building together.
q.wave is designed for a wide range of water applications — from agriculture and golf & turf to cooling towers, boiler systems, and industrial water.
We are building a network of Distributor Partners across the United States who understand their local markets and can connect q.wave with farms, facilities, and water systems in their region.
We're looking for established distribution, sales, or engineering companies with strong relationships in their local agricultural or industrial markets. The right partner understands the region, knows the people and businesses that operate these systems, and sees the opportunity to introduce a new approach to intelligent water conditioning.
Every farm is different. Every water source is different. Tell us about your crop, water source, irrigation system, and site conditions. We'll start by understanding your farm and exploring whether the Farm Partnership Program is a good fit.
